The room was an adequate size for two people, including our carry on suit cases, day packs, etc. The bath room facilities are very comfortable, clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Hotel services including the desk clerks was very good. The two concierges were helpful and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The elevators work well in this hotel, although occasionally the keys (which you need to use the elevator) didn't work. The day we left, the hotel stored our luggage so we could visit the Victoria and Albert Museum across the street. Around the corner going one way are multiple places to get tea and delicious pastries - take your pick! - as well as any type of meal you desire. Around the opposite corner is the South Kensington square where there are many breakfast places with outside tables and some restaurants. This hotel is in a terrific location, walking distance to Chelsea as well many upscale department stores and eateries, and easy access to the metro.

I am a returning customer to the Rembrandt hotel. I have stayed many times as a short break, usually between Christmas and New Year. The hotel has been renovated with clean curtains and windows that open. This is important for me as all air conditioning systems with locked windows in other hotels are safety hazard and make me ill because of the dry air passed through dirty filters. Luckily the Rembrandt meets my health and safety standards. I love my room to look over to V&A museum. It close to Harrods, Hyde park, V&A and Science museum are at the doorstep. I usually visit the Aquila spa for a morning swim. I would like to thank the reception staff for their professional attitude and helpfulness. Please keep up with this standard, don't let it go down as I see in so many other places. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and for snacks in the bar is excellent. Well done, Rembrandt, you are having me forever ! I have already booked a stay with you on 1st February.

We were kindly upgraded to a more spacious room, and still a twin as requested. So many hotels have double beds in the bigger rooms. It was very quiet, although on a busy road, but we were at the back of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable too. Breakfast was included which was a great benefit, and the food was good and there was plenty of choice. It is opposite the V and A museum so very handy if you want to visit the museums. We were pleased to see the public rooms have been left with some of their older doorways and architecture. So many hotel interiors look like every other! The staff were very helpful and kind, all requests were met with prompt kindness. A very pleasant stay thank you.

This was the second time we have stayed at the Rembrandt, returning as we were pleased with service at our last visit. Overall we really like this hotel. Location is great for the museums (V&A, Natural History), a short walk to Harrods and only a few minutes walk to South Kensington underground station giving easy access to central London. Breakfast is really good, service is exemplary and the rooms are very nice... on the down side, having stayed in a larger family room / suite, the view from the hotel room window isn't great (lower floor at the rear of the property)..

When we arrived, we were really early and our room was not ready but staff were amazing and we just left our luggage with them and went shopping. Our room was really lovely and had a nice view. We had breakfast and the choice was amazing, there was every single thing you can imagine, the machine that makes fresh pancakes while you wait (about 1 minute) was a huge hit with my daughter. Staff at the hotel made our stay extremely enjoyable and we will definitely be back. Such a shame we spent all out time shopping and never got to use the pool.
